Did Scott Baio reveal Diddy’s list of celebrities? Viral video claims explored

On November 11, an online claim claimed that Scott Baio, the actor, had revealed Diddy’s much-anticipated list of celebrities. The video was uploaded to YouTube by @westcoastchills9417 with the caption:

.

#Diddy. Scott Baio drops Diddy from the list. #Diddy.”

Later, the same was shared on X by other users including MAGA influencer @jasper_truth using the same caption and the hashtag #DiddyFreakOffs.

While the video gained severe traction online and had Scott Baio indeed drop names such as Taylor Swift, Robert De Niro, Mark Ruffalo, and more, the claim that the list was connected to Diddy has turned out to be false.

Instead, the original video which was uploaded by Scott Baio himself on X on November 6 focused on the list of high-profile individuals whom the

Happy Days actor called out for speaking against President-elect Donald Trump during the election season.Scott Baio’s did not reveal the Diddy list

Last week, Scott Baio, who’s a vocal Donald Trump supporter, took to X and shared a lengthy list of celebrities who have been against the President-elect throughout the election cycle. Captioned, “November 6th, 2024 thoughts…” the post contained a video that showed the

Bugsy Malone star sitting on a chair with a paper in his hand and calling out names. The A-listers Scott Baio named included musicians, actors, comedians, filmmakers, producers, talk show hosts, and entrepreneurs, among others.

Here’s the list of people he named: Robert De Niro, Rob Reiner, Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg, Rachel Maddow, Mark Ruffalo, Mark Hamill, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Richard Marks, Alec Baldwin, Pink, Ron Howard, Julia Roberts, George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio, Oprah, Cardi B, Lizzo, Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Jennifer Garner, Jennifer Lopez, Andy Cohen, Cher, Brian Cranston, Jamie Lee Curtis, Kathy Griffin, Michael Keaton, Rosie O’Donnell, and John Stamos.

Scott Baio also named Eva Longoria, John Legend and his wife, Spike Lee, Sean Astin, Steven Cohen, Jimmy Kimmel, John Stuart, Bill Maer, Alyssa Milano, Bruce Springsteen, Barbra Streisand, and Mark Cuban. After reading out his long list, Baio blew a raspberry.

While some of these people advocated against Donald Trump and his race to the White House, others endorsed his Democratic opponent Kamala Harris. Some even claimed that would leave the country if Trump was elected President.

Thus, the YouTube and X captions that claimed that Scott Baio revealed the Diddy list did so to gain virality.

However, since Diddy’s arrest, grand jury indictment, and arraignment in September this year, the list of celebrities with alleged links to the rapper’s criminal activities has been doing rounds online.

While the feds have not yet revealed an official list of alleged Diddy accomplices or victims, names of A-listers such as Jay-Z, Beyonce, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ashton Kutcher, JLo, Paris Hilton, Howard Stern, Russell Brand, Mariah Carey, Russell Simmons, Usher, Justin Bieber, and Meghan Fox, have continued to come up in connection to Diddy.

Neither of them has been involved in Diddy’s ongoing legal issues nor identified as his alleged victims. Sean Combs faces charges for racketeering, s*x-trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation in order to engage prostitution. The trial of Sean Combs is set to start on May 25, 2025.1001010.
